I am a total mango junkie, and I’m ok with it. This quick, easy mango sauce is lovely over cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, yoghurt, and anything else creamy and wonderful you can think of.

Start by chopping some frozen mangoes. Half a cup or so.

Simmer them in a few tablespoons of water with a tablespoon of sugar. Once the mangoes have melted melted, puree everything together.

Taste for sugar, and season with some cardamom or vanilla if you like. Lovely!
