I use Soapnuts. Just pour boiling water over them, cover & leave overnight. I then add a preservative, essential oil & a little emulsifier for the E/O. Pour it over my scalp & rub in, then add to the rest of my hair. Leave for 5 minutes & rinse in shower. My hair has never been better, has even stopped falling out, like it used to.
