Reply To: Powder base to cream base

I would imagine using the powder blush as a pigment for the cream blush would not add very much color, however, if you just use the pigments you might get a weird color. I tried using the pigments for the Summer Dusk Powder Blush in a cream base and the color turned out a little odd.
