I can’t be of much help to you. My daughter, now 12, was a Johnson & Johnson baby, the same as I was. And we’re still alive and well! It wasn’t until I started using some of my homemade stuff on her did I notice reactions and rashes on her body. She also gets rashes from the essential oils used to scent my homemade CP soap, which aren’t much because I don’t like strongly scented cosmetics. But everyone’s experiences are different. Handmade Magazine did an issue a few month’s ago about handmade baby products. If you can get your hands on a copy of that, it might give you some good ideas.
