(I just FOUND the forum, so HA!)
I recall Marie commenting about how the gel is like ‘watercolors’ and I couldn’t agree more. A slightly wet brush on the same color combo in gel VS creme gives me much higher payout. I do, however, loves the creme liner as a sort of creme eyeshadow.
