ParticipantLmao! Happiness is new shoes?
Here’s a cool thing. You blend a couple taps of airbrush powder with a couple of essential makeup for a glowing yet deeper coverage that doesn’t look tacky. I did it for work and got complimented.

ParticipantThat does sound nice!! I am going to try that. I need to make airbrush powder, now that I’m FINALLY feeling better! Vitamin C and zinc…..wonder drugs! I need to make some toner, cleansing conditioner, hubby’s shampoo, eye liner, lippies, ………well, this list could keep going and going like The Energizer bunny!!

ParticipantWe need to do a day with FaceTime so we can work on stuff together. Then we can help develop colours, tweak recipes, etc.

ParticipantThat sounds like a plan because I have no clue about color blending! i guess I need to research this subject because I can’t just buy all the mica colors. Gotta learn how to blend!

ParticipantHeh. Blending is not bad. As long as you don’t get too cuckoo about more red. *smacks hand* bad Cynnie bad!

ParticipantI will be the opposite, Twin! Bring on the red! Red is one of my favorite colors!
I’m a Winter, if you’re into that whole “what’s your complementary color scheme/season” thing. Bright primary colors, pinks, aquas, black, and white. These are my colors. Keep the bright orange and yellow away from me, though. I actually turn those colors if they’re next to my face. It’s really an amazing transformation. I was shopping with a friend one day and passed a bright orange piece of clothing. I said to her “want to see me turn orange?” and held the fabric up to my chin. Her jaw droppped and she said “you really do turn orange!!”. Haha! It’s pretty funny.

ParticipantI can’t wear orange. Nope. I can wear pale yellow. Jewel tones, I’m good. Crimson red, I can wear as clothes, but on my face…not so much. Lol
I’m a contradiction of colours.

ParticipantCynnara, for the primer you made are you referring to this recipe on the blog?
I’m interesting in making something for staying-at-home-not-going-our-days-but-need-something! Lol. Did you do anything different?August 1, 2020 at 5:45 am #35153niecie2k
ParticipantI’ve been formulating for a while & thats one thing I just cannot seem to get (color blending) if anyone knows any resources that would be really helpful. I’ve all but given up on it!
