mmm, you were busy 🙂 I have both the clay and the lavender cardamom on my counter and love them, together sounds amazing! and now I want to look at the aloe one lol. I dived into susans blog and finally figured it out. I find it mildly confusing to sift through, but once I had a starting place I can’t pull away. I have enough ingredients to run through her facial care lessons and really dig in, so I will be off in creating land every moment that I can ;).
Susan’s blog is great. I used to be decent in science but I can tell how much I’ve forgotten. Or vey!
I’m so loving the clay cardamom blend cleanser. Not only did I pick essential oils that really uplift my mood and cleanse my skin, but I love the way my face feels after. The fizzy is still fabulous and I like it on days I feel blah. It makes me perk up. They are all wonderful and I love having them in squeeze bottles, except the fizzy. I grab the clay combo for shower days and when I step out, I feel fab.
Now to work on a gel toner. Either that or spray and leave on. I just hate the dripping mess. Blech. Lol
What’s wrong with liquid toner and a cotton round to apply it to your face? It doesn’t drip that way. I think I’m going to try a bit of Hyaluronic acid in the next toner I make. Or maybe a gel toner with the Hyaluronic acid…..I haven’t decided yet. Got some new anti-aging type ingredients from Lotioncrafter so I’ll have to start working on some new recipes for toners and face lotions. Susan’s blog is such an enabler to us shopping types……😂😂
Every time she or Marie mention a new ingredient, I’m hopping on the shopping sites. When I got the latest box from Lotioncrafter, my husband’s like “you need more crafting stuff?!?!” and I just looked at him and said “Yep!”!!! HahaOmg, I got my goodies and I’m like…what to make first!?
So I’m trying to be good. However, I’m thinking I might make some more serums, a bit more face cream, and then some eye serums now that I have the beloved Sepimax Zen. Lol
So I figured it was picture time. The first is the combo cleanser which I think is my fave. Then is my clay menthol cleanser. After that I’m uploading the Fizzy cleansers. Made two batches. One more citrus, the other more minty with touch of citrus.
You’ve been busy! So, how many times a day do you clean your face now?? Haha! I have so many facial cleansers that it’s going to take me until the end of the year to use them all. And that’s just no fun because then I can’t create more! *crosses her arms and pouts* I guess I need to work on a cleansing conditioner for me and gentle body wash for Baby Girl to take my mind off of facial cleansers…..
Lmao! Twice a day, IF I remember. If. Otherwise in the morning only. But I’m making gifts for seeing the fam in Atlanta. That way they get some goodies and I begin my fun time as She Who Gifts Fun Skin Stuff. Lmao
So I’m making goodies for my trip to see the nephew graduate high school. So it was time to create some cleansers, some facial creams, and more.
Yup. Used Sepimax Zen and a touch of Aristoflex. Turned out fabulous. Filled two containers and was able to refill part of my personal cleanser container. Soooo awesome. You need to play with it. The Sepigel works great for cleansers too. Scary good. I’m like, “Huh, I might need 8ounces or more now.” 😂
