I have said milk frothier. Which I find funny since I do not do coffee, except for skincare. Lmao

This is good to know that the additives are percentages into the whole. Hmm, silk peptides, a bit of healing oil, maybe an EO or two, and in time, vitamins. This is way too exciting. Worse, I can see my baby sister asking for monthly supplies. Lol. She’s an Oil of Olay junkie.

Glad you’re enjoying your Aristoflex lotion Barb! It really is neat stuff! I don’t have a milk frothier, so I use my stick blender. It has worked fine. I think I’m only making 100g batches at a time. Oh, wait, no, making 200g batches at a time. That makes 4 containers for me, I think. I have a mini mixer I got from Brambleberry to mix micas and such. I wonder if that will work on a smaller batch? I will have to try it!

Twin, your ingredients need to come in so you can join the Aristoflex party!

A face lotion, definitely! You will love it! Susan/Swift Crafty Monkey has some lotion recipes on her blog made with Aristoflex. I’d check those out to get ideas.

Ok. This might take days before I get back here once I go wandering. Scary. Lol. Did you know you can make a toner too? You can!

I hopped over there and didn’t see a toner with Aristoflex. I will dig a little deeper….a soothing, lotiony type toner for winter sounds so nice! Although, it has been a very mild winter here so far! The month of February has mostly been in the 60, 70, and 80 degree range. Daffodils are coming up, the grass is starting to green up a little, mosquitoes are coming out……it’s just been so nice, well, except for the mosquitoes! Those suckers are just annoying!!

Here’s it’s been drier than normal. Not good. So it decided to rain today. I’m trying to not curl up and sleep. Lmao.

This is where it starts about gel toners. She doesn’t specifically mention Aristoflex, however, since I have all natural witch hazel hydrosol, and some of the other items, I should be able to make it work.

The mad scientist is about to enter the kitchen. Be scared, people. Be very scared!

So, while I had out the Aristoflex, I realized I could make a combo product and save myself time in the am. Plus, it would be useful on those icky face days. So, I created a cleanser/toner combo. *does happy dance*

It has witch hazel hydrosol, Melissa hydrosol, distilled water, kaolin clay, jojoba oil, rose Otto EO, yarrow EO (thus the blue tint), vitamin E, Aristoflex, preservative. I tried it out and I like it. My face feels smoother and less dried out.

Stop me now! I just made Mr. Man some aftershave lotion with Aristoflex. Omg, I love this stuff! I need it! More more more!

For him, I used a combo of hydrosols- chamomile, witch hazel, Melissa, and tea tree, EOs of mandarin, cedarwood Virginian, black spruce, silk powder, vitamin e, Aristoflex and preservative.

I took a look (quick look, still on winter intensive for work so little to no free time), seems like these gels might be fun! Anyone want to do the leg work for me and come up with a basic and wicked simple recipe so I don’t have to read everything until next week? I’ll eat a Tim Tam on your behalf!
