Sepimax is at WSP? Coooool!
And, yes, it’s better to buy the jars the first time, then refill with bagged stuff after that. It is so messy emptying bags! I really dislike that process!!February 24, 2017 at 9:07 pm #20606
I rather spend a couple more dollars and get jars. Though I just found an awesome idea for micas and such without jars.
They come in various sizes from 1 oz and up.

Cool idea! The jars need to be bigger, though. When I tried to empty 2 oz of a powdered substance into a 2 oz jar, I always ended up getting another jar because the 2 oz ones were too small. That just frustrates me!!February 24, 2017 at 11:01 pm #20612
They have 4, 7, 8, 12 ounce ones too. I think they’d be perfect. Label and voila!February 25, 2017 at 12:51 pm #20615

Yup. Decided to play a little with my avc.
Found out that 1g of sea buckthorn fruit oil in the avc is not a good idea. I use up to 2g in my face lotion without worry but I was a little oomph loompa this morning!February 28, 2017 at 9:29 pm #20734
Lmao! I’m now singing the Oompah Loompa song. HeheheMarch 1, 2017 at 8:53 pm #20756
My very orange winter lotion is now a “self tanner” due to the strong orange color of the sea buckthorn oil I have! I guess with my skin tone it sort of melts into a pretty tan color on my legs. It doesn’t stick or stain my skin, however. Bummer! I could use a bit of a tan right about now. Or, a trip to Florida to get a bit of sun. That would be nice too!
Barb, I would have loved seeing you in all your orange glory! Why didn’t you take a picture?!?😜 I have not been brave enough to put the sea buckthorn oil I have into my face lotion. That would be a sight to behold! Oompah loompa city!March 2, 2017 at 4:34 pm #20774
I think she only loves us // This much. LolMarch 3, 2017 at 8:23 am #20789

Ok, I have tried a few more times to make this avc where it doesn’t make my skin turn red nad wicked hot. And just to make sure it wasn’t just me, I passed it out to a bunch of folks to try. First time… it’s amazing! Feels fantastic! Second time same. Third? This is where it begins to get a little reddish. Like beet root red. And everyone else is the same way.
Marie mentioned that there are a bunch to choose from, and I love the way my face feels after the redness has gone. I don’t think it is allergies as six random people from around the world having the exact same allergy. The liquid I use regularly in various lotions we all us. The oils same thing. The vitamins the same thing. Same with the preservative and the other additives. They only new ingredient is the avc. Which makes me believe either I am doing something wrong, or the avc is bad.March 25, 2017 at 7:05 pm #21302
There should be a way to check the lot number to make sure it’s a new batch. The only other thing is that one of the ingredients making up the avc is irritating you as you use it more.March 25, 2017 at 8:59 pm #21306
Here’s a sheet on the different Aristoflex products as an FYIMarch 25, 2017 at 9:05 pm #21307
Here is a bit on info on limitations of Aristoflex AVC. This is the only thing I could find on adverse reactions of Aristoflex AVC.
Barb, have you checked the pH of your lotions made with the AVC? If they are OK, then I would say the lot you have may be bad. I don’t know how you check into something like that, but you need to somehow let the company or manufacturer know what’s going on with the stuff you have. That does not sound right at all!
