Having gotten coco betaine meant I would be forced into making goodies. So I made creamy clay cleanser, Rose spearmint body wash, and the foaming body wash. I’ve walked enough today for 2 days of walking. And I still have to cook dinner. 😱😱😱

I recognize that gallon of coco betaine! I have one just like it. I plan on putting it to use when I get home and Baby Girl gets back in school!! I want to make that SCI/coco betaine paste that Marie made. That would definitely come in handy!

Ah Cyn. How I miss central air. My kitchen is practically closed for the summer as it is just way too hot to do anything. And way too humid. Even my hair does crazy things in this weather.

Don’t be envious. I spent the next two days paying for it. I aggravated my arthritis and my allergies said, huh, we’re here! So today was migraine day from the depths of insanity. Plus side, I dreamt of an idea for an eyeshadow colour. I just need to see if I can pull it off. Lmao.
I remember the paste from the video. I need to do that so I can have it prereadied for me! I have decided the clay cleanser is most awesome and no one in my family gets any until their birthday or the holidays. Yup, I’ve gotten mean. Lmao.
Central air is awesome unless you forget to clean the filters. Then it’s evil.
When you are working with smellies or powders and clays and making more than just a tiny amount, toss on your mask. You will thank yourself later.
I don’t remember what post it was that Marie talked about making up a big batch of the coco betaine and SCI to use in recipes as needed. Since it was pre made/melted, all she has to do is scoop out the necessary amount and put it in her recipe. Marie mentioned in the post(?) (video?) that it took something like 45 minutes to melt the SCI flakes into the coco betaine so she went ahead and melted up a big batch of it to use at a later time. She put it in a mason jar and keeps it in the fridge, I think she said. I don’t have a recipe but my educated guess is scaling up the amounts of SCI and coco betaine on any of her cleanser recipes, in whatever amount you like or may need in the future, and cooking it up ahead of when needed. Voila! Paste!
So yesterday was make more stuff day. I was low on my pain butter, pain stick, and rose argan facial cream. Today, I made some of Marie’s moonlighting drops and I find the little plastic lemon drop cups from Wholesale supply to be perfect storage receptacles. I created a mauve colour I’m loving.
