    So a while back I tried out Marie’s spray-on dry shampoo and it was great! Until my nozzle broke. So, realizing I couldn’t really use a spray bottle and therefore liquid dry shampoo was out of the running, I developed my own. I really like it because it doesn’t build up on my hair as much as others and it’s mostly transparent so it works on my dark hair.

    * 1/2 tsp | calcium carbonate
    * 1/2 tsp | arrowroot starch
    * 1/4 tsp | SLSa
    * 1/4 tsp | zinc oxide

    I thought I’d share it here and maybe grab some ideas and advice from you guys!

    Vert cool! What was the rationale behind including the SLSa? My best guess is better wash out haha.

    Pretty much, yeah. When it didn’t have the SLSa in it, the zinc oxide clung to my hair like there was no tomorrow 😛

    I’m going to be making the dry shampoo spray today. I’m excited because it’s a quick weekly fix I can do between washings on not so bad days. So I’m excited.
