Every time I say that word, I think terminator!

So, usually I just use some extra finely ground up coffee or some sugar or milk powder or bee pollen… but I think my skin might be maturing up a little finding the coffee a little rough. And the sugar a little tiny bit too much, but the milk powder and bee pollen not enough. So I’m looking for the Goldilocks of exfoilators.

What do you use or suggest?

Oatmeal? Would that work? I don’t do exfoliation, so I’m guessing here. I thought I read that oatmeal was a good gentle scrub. But, I’m on cold meds and about to pass out, so I might start talking gibberish.

Hum. Oatmeal. Coffee grind it, mix it with some stuff, massage into face. Leave. Lazy woman’s mask.

    This might be my answer!

I don’t exfoliate, but I probably should. Huh. I like lazy but thorough. Mostly lazy. If I can do it quick and get results, I’m good.

Hi there – it may be an old post, but here goes…

I use this recipe and my skin loves it.

    2 tblsp. oatmeal
    1 tblsp. desiccated coconut
    2 tsp (teaspoon) white rice
    1 tsp. SLSa
    2 tsp. chamomile flowers
    3 drops E-vit.
It all goes in the coffeegrinder.

I use half a tsp. every other day.

I’ve used a mix of liquid honey and almond flour as a face exfoliator but that is obviously something you make a small amount of and use up immediately. I like that it doesn’t make my skin feel dry.
