    Hi

Does anyone else have the problem of the foundation accentuating their wrinkles? I’ve tried it both as a liquid (made with argan or jojoba oil) and as a powder (which is much worse).

I love everything else about the foundation – it’s wonderful to actually be able to create a colour that is the perfect match to my extremely pale skin!

The mineral make up I used before was Vani-t https://vani-t.com/collections/face/products/mineral-liquid-foundation. This goes on well and doesn’t go into the creases but the colour’s not quite right. I’ve had a look at the ingredients in this thinking I must be able to replicate but I’m not sure if I could.

I was wondering what, other than the oil, could I put in it to make it a liquid. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

This is definitely a common problem with foundations homemade and store bought. Lotion type lotions normally do this less then powders. Id say try mixing some foundation with your face lotion right before use and see how that goes.

Thanks for your suggestion – I actually tried that and thought I was onto a winner but it went on patchy and looked really weird. Thanks again.

Have you tried applying powder foundation with a good quality flocked sponge? I have had the same experience as you and have yet to completely solve the issue, but the sponge helps greatly.
