Hi Everyone,
Has anyone ever bought a lipstick that looks like it “sweats”?
I have bought lipstick from a brand name cosmetic company and one batch has what looks like beads of sweat on each tube. In the past there was also a particular line and color in that line that had a white “fuzz” on the sides as well.Any idea what is going on?
