for those that make magnesium oil, if I replace the water in my lotion recipe with mag oil, would that make it a magnesium lotion?
From what I’ve seen on other web posts on making magnesium lotion, I would say yes. I have not made this, however, so I am just assuming based on what others have said. I’ve wanted to try this though. It sounds like there are some really good health benefits to it.
Yes. However, mag oil can be irritating. So you want to patch test. You can research on magnesium oil irritation and it’ll give you common effects and solutions.
Connie and Cyn, I’m going to ask Marie to open up a new topic called “Hair” so we can move this conversation to a more appropriate place. Plus, I’m sure others make hair care stuff (and I know Marie does!), so it just seems right to have a dedicated space to talk about all thing hair and hair care.
