I’ve not been doing much. HOwever, I can go three days before washing if need be, then cowash, then another two before full wash. So yay!

This is interesting and I’m a student at ❤️. I’d love to try a few to see what I like before plunking down money. Lol

So until we find otherwise- generic is good stuff. Though I admit, I might not be using Zen to the fullest as I’ve been fighting severe bronchitis for a month. We were able to not get diagnosed with walking pneumonia by giving the doctors dirty looks.

Did you see Chemistry store has that lotion base to make it easier for cold process lotions? Yeah, I’m loving the idea this summer. Lol

Apera is a great ph meter company. I’ve been looking at them for a while.

http://aperainst.com/pocket-testers/premium-series-pocket-testers/ph/ This is only one of many to choose.

There are others, but yeah, I’ve been looking to get one soon.

Oooh, then my new stick blender is doomed to be used for not cooking. Lmao.

I’ve been playing with both AVC and Zen and I like them both for various things. But I will say, Sepigel 305 is the boss. It’s preneutralized & it’s like a loose gel consistency. You measure it out, blend it in, let it sit once blended and boom, done. I want more of it. I actually think I like it better than the Zen, though I need to make sure it’ll handle all my extracts well.

I’m also looking at other carbomers to see if there are others I might like.

So yesterday was make more stuff day. I was low on my pain butter, pain stick, and rose argan facial cream. Today, I made some of Marie’s moonlighting drops and I find the little plastic lemon drop cups from Wholesale supply to be perfect storage receptacles. I created a mauve colour I’m loving.

It’s the next to last. It’s a reddish brown- like a raisin colour. Hmmm. I have no idea unless I go play, but I think some brown mica, perhaps a hint of burgundy mica might help create the colour.

Isn’t Olivem 1000 the flake version for lotions and Oil in water lotions? It’s one that has to be melted and used at certain percentages and certain ph, if I remember.

Here’s info from the company itself- https://www.hallstar.com/product/olivem-1000/

I love lanolin! It’s mucho beautiful. First, with hand cream ,you want the anhydrous version. Second, it’s treated like a butter in creams and lotions.

The best lanolin cream I know is the NZ lanolin cream. Hopefully this will get your mind going. I have some lanolin I’ll be making into my dry skin cream shortly.

Ingredients are: Purified New Zealand Spring Water; Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride; Lanolin; Glyceryl Stearate; Propylene Glycol; Stearic Acid; Cetyl Alcohol; Butyruspermum Parkii – Shea Butter; Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid; Amino Methyl Phenol; Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol; Fragrance; Carbomer; Curcuma Longa & Ethanol; Rosemary Extract

Lmao, I see Twin is encouraging lipstick mania for Barb. Lmao. I think plugging the holes would work or even creating a silicon mold would work. Im weird like that.

Big thing, be careful on arnica with open sores. It’s not recommended for open wounds. I’d recommend more of a chamomile and comfrey or calendula infusion for healing and prevention.

So, it’s been so hot here in Florida, I’ve worn my hair up, so I’ve no idea until today about my hair. Lmao.

Don’t be envious. I spent the next two days paying for it. I aggravated my arthritis and my allergies said, huh, we’re here! So today was migraine day from the depths of insanity. Plus side, I dreamt of an idea for an eyeshadow colour. I just need to see if I can pull it off. Lmao.

I remember the paste from the video. I need to do that so I can have it prereadied for me! I have decided the clay cleanser is most awesome and no one in my family gets any until their birthday or the holidays. Yup, I’ve gotten mean. Lmao.

Central air is awesome unless you forget to clean the filters. Then it’s evil.
