Hi Kathie! Thank you so much for jumping into my new little project with so much enthusiasm—I really appreciate it 🙂 I, too, hope this forum can become a great place for people to share and help one another, and maybe even swap surplus ingredients or help fellow readers get a hold of things that aren’t available locally. I am definitely hoping I won’t have to spend a ton of time moderating this, but at least the software that runs the forum allows me to create moderators who could hopefully help with that if it gets too crazy!
