How does this work?
- Book and pay for your consult through Calendly using the link at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include as much detail as possible in the booking form about what you’re looking for help with so I can prepare for your session.
- You’ll receive an email from Calendly confirming booking. This email includes the Zoom link for our call. If you don’t already have Zoom, download it now. It’s free and you don’t need an account. I recommend planning to take the call on a computer rather than a tablet or phone. This email also includes links to cancel or re-schedule, if needed. Cancellations and re-scheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the call.
- You’ll also receive email reminders 24 hours before the call and 1 hour before the call.
- Click the Zoom link a minute or two before the call starts to join the call.
- We’ll chat!
- You’ll go off and get to work implementing the strategies we discussed.

FAQ
Do you have any cheaper options for one-on-ones?
Yes; through my Patreon. My top-tier patrons get monthly 30-minute one-on-one consultations with me. This tier is capped at fifteen people, and is $50USD/month.
This tier is usually sold out; when spots open they tend to fill within a day. When I notice an opening I announce it to my patrons first, so if you’d like one you might consider becoming a patron at a lower tier.
What other options do you have for formulation help?
My “The Monthly Collection + Office Hours” tier patrons are invited to two “office hours” sessions each month. This is a great way to get formulation help if you need 5–10 minutes of assistance once or twice a month.
Just like office hours with a TA, they are welcome to pop into the call/meeting with any questions they might have, or just to say hi. The calls are not recorded. Each session runs approximately 45–60 minutes and typically has 6–10 people in attendance.
What if you can't help me?
If you believe you got no value from your consultation I will refund you.
Can we cover multiple topics?
Cancellations & rescheduling
Rescheduling: Consultations can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the session.
Refunds: I will issue a refund up to 24 hours before your consultation. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your consultation you will not get a refund.
Late log-ons: If you’re late, that will eat in to your time slot. Your consultation begins at the booked time and date.
Can I get a detailed invoice for business/tax purposes?
Of course! By default you’ll get a digital receipt; please let me know if you need something more detailed and I’m happy to it up and send it over after our consul.
