Green Tea and Roses Facial Cleanser

My green tea kick continues with this Green Tea and Roses Facial Cleanser, which pairs beautifully with my Green Tea Cleansing Oil and Green Tea Face Cream. This rose scented cleanser has a beautiful, creamy, low lather that won’t leave your skin feeling dry or stripped—just clean. I’ve already made two batches, so suffice it to stay I’m pretty fond of this Green Tea and Roses Facial Cleanser and you should definitely make some 😉

Orange Cloud Foaming Hand Wash

If you like washing up enveloped in big poufs of fluffy lather, prepare to fall in love. Back when I published my Gentle Chamomile Facial Cleanser recipe, Laura asked about using it in a foamer bottle sans the thickener, and then reported back and said it worked like a charm. I couldn’t get my mind off the notion of plump, fluffy, lathery goodness, so I got myself some foamer bottles and set to work creating this Orange Cloud Foaming Hand Wash. Good thing, too—it turns out I am a huge fan of fluffy orange-scented poufs.

Lemon Rose Creamy Body Wash

This brand new Lemon Rose Creamy Body Wash has me seriously excited to take showers. It’s been years since I used a body wash—my shower has been strictly soap since 2011, and I love soap… but I also love trying new things. I especially love trying new things that are awesome! This creamy body wash works up into an utterly lovey, lace-like lather that I just can’t get enough of. I’ll drizzle some on a loofah, work it up into a cloud of bubbles, and go to town. Swoon.

Gentle Chamomile Facial Cleanser

I have fallen hard and fast for this Gentle Aloe Facial Cleanser. So much so that I made a video of it because I was using it up so rapidly that I needed more, so I figured I might as well film the making of batch #2. If you make anywhere close to as many things as I do, you’ll understand how great of an honour a second batch of anything is, let alone a second batch within weeks of creating the first! This cleanser is quite simple to make, and has the loveliest, luxxy, silky lather. A small amount leaves my skin feeling clean, but not stripped dry, and it smells so awesome that I find I can’t wait to use it. Lurvely.

Fizzy Foaming Face Scrub

Today’s rather fun Fizzy Foaming Face Scrub comes from a recipe request Kaylee sent in. She’d found a facial scrub that fizzed up like a bath bomb when it got wet, as well as lathered up into a lovely foaming scrub that left your skin feeling wonderfully clean and exfoliated. The ingredients were simple enough, and I loved the idea of some fizz with my facial scrubbing, so here we are—Foaming Fizzy Facial Scrub!

Morning Glory Foaming Facial Cleanser

Getting out of bed at this time of year is hard. I have an amazing electric bed warmer (seriously, if you live somewhere cold, getting one is a must) that I use to pre-heat my bed before climbing between the sheets each night, and I run it on low all night so I’m guaranteed to be roasty-toasty-warm. It’s utterly brilliant and I love it. But it does make getting out of bed extra hard because my bed is a super delicious cocoon, and outside of bed is… not. Not being in bed requires wearing pants and socks and all kinds of other things that are not a duvet, and that’s a bummer. Anyhow, this Morning Glory Foaming Facial Cleanser makes getting out of bed a bit easier. With its gentle, creamy lather and minty pop it’s like a shot of caffeine to the face, and with it waiting for me in the bathroom, I’m less prone to stay in bed until the sun comes up (which is quite late these days). I think you’ll like it.
