    I like to do that too, Cynnara. Figure out why “X” was used and if I don’t have it, what do I have to replace it with? Creative crafting! I’ve not really done too much hacking. Between Marie’s blog and Point of Interest’s blog, there’s bound to be a good recipe you can follow or tailor to your own specific needs, in my humble(bee) opinion.😊

    I have a hair product i want to hack but it has an endless supply of essential oils. For now I have to wait until i can justify buying like 20 new oils

    You might not. Post the list. Depending on the list, we might be able to have some oils do double or triple duty. Aromatherapy is my specialty….well will be once certification is complete. But I know the families and the how’s and whys. We can make it easier.

    So Saffire blue has split my order into multiple shipments without telling me how many. I keep getting so excited to have everything I need to make everything in the book just to find that they have continued to ship only another portion of my order. I am going nuts. You guys are the only ones that would under stand how frustrating it is to be waiting on black oxide so I can make some brow wow.

    Oh, that’s just evil. I’d be emailing them. Hi, you split my shipment without mentioning how many. Can you tell me or is this a secret where you’re giving me free gifts for my inconvenience?

    So after 4 calls with messages to both numbers and two tickets I final got a response of:

    ” Hello,

    I do have the following as being on back order:
    Black Oxide
    Green Chrome Oxide
    Red Oxide
    Turkey Red

    These items are expected to be instock in approximately 1 week.”

    That’s it. No apology. No even recognition that I said I was very frustrated. I ordered these things over a month ago and all where supposedly in stock when I did Obviously they don’t give two toots about me as a customer. I am fuming.

    That is awful Zil! You’d think they would bending over backwards to make things right. It not like you don’t have other places to shop! I’d find out who’s in charge there and write them a very *honest* letter outlining why you won’t be a return customer and won’t be recommending them to anyone. And definitely post feedback on their website, if it has that function. Is there any way to cancel with them and reorder from somewhere else?

    Worst thing in the world. The site/shop says they have them in stock, you click to order but then? They don’t show up! You send inquiries and what do you know! They weren’t in stock and have to wait for them.

    Then the seller gets mean when you post about it. Well if you told me about it in the first place there wouldn’t be a problem!
